Terms of Service

What you will receive:

  • Professional and friendly customer service.
  • All work managed personally by this business.
  • Confidentiality and discretion.
  • Signed confidentiality agreement (if requested).
  • Work finished within agreed timeframes, dependent on subject matter and complexity.
  • Free quote for typing services, with no obligation to commit.

Fees:

  • $35.00 per hour (charged in 15 minute increments following minimum 1 hour charge). GST not applicable.
  • All consultations and communications are incorporated into the fees.
  • Travel and/or disbursements (incl handling fees) charged separately. Fee to be advised on completion of assignment.

Payment:

  • An invoice will be issued either on completion of an assignment or at intervals, depending upon the size of the assignment.
  • Payment due no later than 3 working days following date of invoice.
  • Payment can be made by cash or internet banking only.
  • A deposit may be required dependent on size of assignment.

Delivery:

  • Assignments can be received/returned by post, courier, electronically, personal delivery, or collected.
